The Standard at South Market is on pace to be completed in mid-2018 and has sold approximately $37 million worth of units. In addition to condos and 24,000 square feet of retail space, the building also has 30,000 square feet of amenity space, including a pool house, fitness center, on-site parking and more. The condos start at $575,000 for a one-bedroom unit and top out at $3.15 million for one remaining penthouse.
