The Standard at South Market: Only 1 Residence Left to Be Sold

NEW ORLEANS – According to a release, the Domain Companies has closed $95M in sales at The Standard at South Market condominiums in downtown New Orleans. The developers said The Standard will soon rank as the top-selling condominium in the city. The only residence left to sell served as the building’s model unit until March.

“We are so proud of The Standard’s success and the community that’s been created,” said Domain co-CEO Matt Schwartz in a statement. “It speaks not only to the quality of design and product, but to the desirability of living downtown and the strength of a long-term downtown investment.”

Designed by architect Morris Adjmi, The Standard features a 30,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor amenity space, which includes a heated pool, pool house, private cabanas, outdoor kitchens, fenced dog run, clubhouse and fitness center. Artwork by local, national and international artists is displayed throughout.
